Day three at the range

This is the third day in a row that I have shot the CZ. This time I was shooting kneeling and shot a respectable target. I had to shoot at 100 yards because the 50 yard bays were being used.

All rounds hit paper and all were in the rings but were spread all around. The 5 ring is about a foot across. I was using an NRA 100 yard small bore target.

nice .... I can only remember back to when I could shoot from a kneeling position .... knee replacement was the final straw in doing so for me

Good to see you......literally. You look good Gene.
With my knees someone would have to help me up.

if anyone ever happens to see me in a shooting position like that, please go ahead and dial 9-1 and then hold on for a few seconds ....

I have to fall over and stretch out before managing to get back on my feet.

Wonderful pic, Gene. Love it.

Thanks to RR, I'm going to be giving that kneeling position a try, next time out with one of the rifles. He's been doing some great work with that position and looks like you have, too.

Thanks all. My knees are in great shape but my hips hurt.
I learned this kneeling position in basic training.
One more day of shooting tomorrow and then I’m hitting the road again.

That's everybody's favorite plastic green Army man position...the one I had shot a lot of dinosaurs in mum's garden from that position.

Those kneelin army men were the hardest to hit to with the bb gun we use to shoot them with in my buddies basement as a kid.

For sure. Guess that's why I like that position. When the zombies come I will be safer.

Those and the full prone. I wonder whatever happened to my green army men. I have no recollection of them going away.
