Tuesday range day

Went to the range yesterday to finish getting my sight setting on my Silhouette rifles.
I'm very happy with the sub-sonic 357 load I'm using. 158 plated rn over 9.3g 2400.
These Barry's plated 158 RN are very long at 1.606 OAL they a crimped just at the ogive.
They are also seated relatively deep. I think this works well with the charge of 2400 as it considerably increases the charge density. Very consistant.
I also brought the Glenfield Model 60 I recently picked up.
Torn apart and deep cleaned the rifle functioned perfectly. No misfire or failures of any kind in the action.
With the Williams Reciever sight it zeros at 100 yards.
I wasn't shooting for groups just seeing if I could hit rapid fire what I was aiming at.
After two full magazines shot at the pigs they looked like they had been hit with a couple close in loads of buck shot. Mindless blasting fun. Kept it to two magazines. This rifle could go through a lot of ammo in a little bit.
I ordered a taller Skinner sight last night. That should bring down the poa enough for closer shots.
