Stretched my TC Compass .223/5.56 out to 500 yards today. I'm shooting a 55 gr Hornady SP over a max load of BL-C2. I'm really impressed with this little rifle.

I'm thinking that's steel you are shooting. Pic kinda looks like the concrete wall of the neighbors house!

Good for you. Not much room around here to shoot those distances even if I could see it!

It's steel. There's no telling how many times it's been painted over.
