10-22 Takedown

Post by ace73 » Mon Dec 05, 2016 6:40 pm

I've been having so much fun with my Henry's, I almost forgot about my Ruger 10-22 Takedown!
I have a Leapers UTG 3-9x32 Bugbuster scope mounted on it and it does well at 25 yrds. What I really
like is that it fits in the Takedown bag with the scope in place!
Finding 22 ammo is getting better around here, but it's not to the point where i'm buying only one brand.
So today, my gun range has CCI AR Tactical in stock! I'll give it a try!
I ran 100 rounds thru the Takedown without any problems. And the accuracy made me look good!
I can't wait to try it in my Henry's!

25 yrds with my elbows on the bench!

God shooting, I haven't taken my 10/22 out for too long. Thanks for the reminder.
I have a Bug Buster on my pellet rifle. Great little scope thanks again for the reminder that it needs to go out to play. :)

I have one. The davidson one in the tactical version. I scoped it with a 2x7 burris. Everytime I change magazines it changes point of impact. All the magazines I tried it changed with everyone. Ya I know scope problem right? Nope took the scope off put it on another gun and its fine. All the magazines I used were Ruger magazines. The 25 round and the 10 round. I cant figure it out and have talked with several people they also are scratching there head. I think I need to call Ruger and have them look at it. Oh by the way the scope was tight on the gun I used the mount that came with the gun Al

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

10-22, the most versatile Semi auto 22lr guns ever made! I have several including the Challenger. I like them all. I picked up Tech sights for the Takedown. This reminds me I need to get them installed!

I thought it was law everyone has to own at least one 10/22. Great shooting by the way.

Great shooting. Almost all holes touching!

I have a semiauto 22 in an AR platform but I'm considering adding 10/22 as well. Maybe a bolt 22 too.
