I finally made it to the range, after lowering the mounting of the scope. What is interesting, it was my wife idea to go to the range. We typically try and do something on Fridays. We refer to it as date night. Anyway, she shot 35 rounds in her LCR, and I shot 4. Yet, I am happy with the outing. I shot a round and may an adjustment after each one, except for the last one. I was shooting a target about 50 yards away. I wanted the barrel to cool some between each shot. Hopefully, the scope was adjusted to a fairly cool barrel. I will find out, when I take it out again.

Looks like you were getting it dialed in. Sometimes I’ll shoot a cold rifle at the berm three times before going to paper.

Good work. Dialing in a scope is more fun than girls. Wait, you were on date night, scratch that comment.

My thought of a cool barrel is that the first shoot in the woods will be from a cool barrel. So, I would like to bring target, as much as possible.
