three days in a row

Post by bandit1250 » Thu Jun 19, 2025 1:14 pm

I hadn't been out shooting for almost two months. Then things got better after catching up on home chores after all the days of rain let up. We had a lot of flooding around here so I stayed away from the muddy range. I made it out 3 days to shoot. My wife went the first two and then came down with a sinus infection that drained her energy. She had a wonderful two days of shooting the KYL spinner target with the eight spinners. She had her very accurate CZ Trainer and while I was getting my stuff ready to shoot she went through the eight spinners four times. She had hit 32 spinners with 34 shots at 50 yds. She has an amazing lot number of the cheap auto match that shoots as well as SK+ and SK Match. She shot just as well on her second day out. Have to let her whip up on some of the hot shots that kind of roll their eyes when seeing a woman at the range. They have more money in their scopes than the money in her Grand Finale and 4-12 Vari-X II AO and the Trainer with the Vari-X III 3-5-10 AO I just bought her. She loves the Leupold scope. Take care and have a wonderful weekend coming up. Maybe you can get some shooting in. bandit

Yes, it seems hard finding time for fun. Glad you all were about to get some in!

That's wonderful, bandit. Hope she is feeling well, soon.

My shooting has been almost entirely backyard, so far, with the air guns and the riflers with the low noise ammo.
