Nice shooting. Are you saving the smaller one on the top left?

Great shooting on a very unique and fun target. Knocked the honey right off that gizmo. (Can’t remember what it’s called  )

I forgot to mention that due to my poor eyesight, I use the 32moa circle only for reflex sights. I know a lot of folks go for the tiny little 2 or 3 moa dot, but I have a very hard time picking that up. There's another reason I prefer the big circle also, that you might have heard of - the Jim Cirillo technique. Developed a long time ago when he was a NYPD LEO for closeup (under 10 yds) when speed is required in a gunfight. Basically you don't use sights at all, but just the silhouette of the slide itself (as you present it) to cover the target - a "coarse aiming" method. It does take some practice to retrain your brain. Obviously, in a fight you're not going wait to see what the first shot accomplished, but rather multiple shots as fast as you can. Red dots are essentially a technological refinement of the technique - if you use the 32moa circle reticle instead of the little 2 or 3 moa dot.

If you aren't familiar with him, here's a good 12 minute video, although it's not about this technique, but rather about gunfights generally, and how you should handle yourself whether you're a cop or an armed citizen.
