Winter flintlock fun

Haven't posted a report for a long time, I shoot every week, flintlock almost exclusively now. Should sell some other guns, they just don't get used.
50 yds off hand with the Pedersoli Frontier .50 cal
50 grains Schutzen 3F
.010 patch
.480 lead ball
I'll admit it took me 3 shots to get on this little target this morning, it was very windy. 39F & overcast, just shortly before it rained and then started to snow. The first 2 shots were right of the target about 2". Elevation was ok on all 3 shots. I recently had to reset my front sight, must have got bumped or something. It won't move again on me thanks to a little Loctite.
Anyhow, here ya go, the rest of the day was ringing steel targets at various distances from 50 to 150 yds. Our black powder club has a real nice range with steel gongs all over the place.
Shoot safe,
