NCG’s post on the S&W and Uberti got me thinking about my Uberti six-shooter. I had it handy and put on my slippers to walk 20 feet out to my 15 yard trap. It took me 5 shots for me to hit steel and then once I hit it I hit it almost every time. I must have shot it 50 times as I grabbed a handful of Min-Mags and headed out the door. I really like shooting offhand now that I’ve done a lot of it the last two years.

Looking at the trap it doesn’t look like some of the bullets even chipped the paint because I hit it more times than I see.

Good looking firearm Sir. I envy your ability to take a few steps out the door and shoot.

Nice shooting, cowboy. Love those single actions.

Nice being able to, just walk out the back door and plink away. ;) :D
One of the perks of living in the county.

Yep, fun times near Timms Hill. Wonder if the paint on the spinners chips when hit near the edge and not when hit near the center??? Oh, the things that keep us up at night. Anyway, looks like a good time was had by everybody but the spinners themselves.

Being able to shoot and hike from my front door is what brought me to here. I’ve read about people living next to BLM land or National Forest and it was always a dream of mine. Leaving Seattle was the best thing that has happened to me in a long time.
