She did it again

Post by bandit1250 » Tue Sep 12, 2023 4:50 pm

My wife and I went to the range yesterday with a couple CZ 452's. She had her Trainer and I had my Scout that I put in a Trainer stock to fit me much better than the Scout short length factory stock. We took the KYL spinner target again because she prefers that type of target over the boring paper punching shooting. The Scout does shoot well but no match against her shooting her Trainer. The Trainer I bought her started out being the least accurate 452 in our collection but with a few hundred rounds and regular bore cleaning it just kept getting better in accuracy. Now with a few thousand rounds through the barrel it will shoot with any of our 452's and we have some very accurate ones to compare it to. I think we will take a few of the Grand Finale 452's when we go out to shoot again. So she shot better than me again on this trip. I may have to damage the bullets on her ammo so I have a chance on the KYL against her. Probably won't shoot again until next week as we have two car shows coming up to get ready for this weekend. Supposed to be cooler next week and be more fun than shooting in the hot weather. Take care and have fun shooting in the cooler weather ahead. bandit

Great report. I have both the Trainer and Scout along with a few Ultras and Americans but not the Grand Finale. I’m amazed at their accuracy and inexpensive price.

Green with envy. Miss T has been way to busy to shoot, and our weather has been an Oklahoma oven. Good for you....

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Too bad you’re shooting rimfire otherwise you could juke up her loads some, just enough to effect accuracy. Just kidding of course, nice shooting again Mrs. Bandit.
