Went to the range, shot at 25m only due to the weather it was raining its the only range with roof.

Rifle Henry AW 44mag with original buckhorn sight.
Bullet homecast Noe 265gr rnfp at 1550fps

I shot two 3shot groups offhand. Pretty pleased with the result. Aimed under the black 7 ring.

Was suppose to sight in at 85m but prefered a roof over my head and targets in the rain :) At 85meter according to ballisticcalculation my load would print around +4,5cm as highest at 50m and -4,5cm low at 100m. Not sure how to use the ladder of the buckhorn now its set at slot 2. Will try it higher on longer distances. Any Suggestion how to think is welcome.

Then it was time for my S&W 17-2 22lr

havent shot it for a while as you see on the target :) It was all in my triggersqueeze need to practice more with it was about 4month ago I last fired the gun. Anyway shot some 5shot series bullseye at 25meters onehanded.

Love that 17-2. I've had a couple of them over the years. About as good as it gets in a classic 22 double action.

Yeah I really like it, bought it with original box and a old but not much used cowboy leather holster with cartridgebelt. The original owner passed away and and his son sold it to me.

Nice shooting and those are some nice looking firearms. That M/17 is such a classic looking revolver. :D
