These are always a blast to shoot. They take a bb inside a cartridge and are propelled with CO2.

They kick slightly less than a 45-70, okay a lot less. They are also less expensive to shoot and ammo is everywhere.

They are fairly accurate out to 10 meters if you are only interested in hitting a tin can which is the most fun. They make the most noise and jump around when hit. Sometimes the goal is to set them out a few feet and see how far you can bump them out with one cylinder or tube.

Given how I'm still trying to recover after seeing the price of factory centerfire ammo, these days, that looks very interesting.

Yes Gene about as real thing as it gets for a Co2 BB shooter!
My 357 Dan Wesson Co2 BB shooter here along with extra shells I made from 38 Special brass. Shoots well enough for can plinking and is fun!
Take a look how well real .357 Magnum rounds fit and cylinder closes and ejector ejects!!
Maybe I will post up a quick indoor range report with the BB's of course.

I started to go back to rimfire about 20 years ago when centerfire got to a dime a round. Now that’s about what rimfire is and centerfire is $0.50 to $2.00 a round.

Forty please make an indoor report. I’m amazed real ammo fits.
