Range Report: shooting vs mowing

Post by Sir Henry » Tue May 24, 2022 4:38 pm

Okay so I’m mowing and kept looking at my range. After awhile I couldn’t stand it anymore and made a slight improvement to the gong. I’m not sure how long the yellow wheelbarrow will last however it does make it a lot more visible. I just took ten shots at it and didn’t miss. Before I could only hit it 3 to 7 out of 10 times.

Very creative use of a wheelbarrow, Gene. Now you got me thinking. :)

I finally missed(it didn’t take long) and it makes a different sound between the wheelbarrow and the gong. Even 29 grain sub-sonic goes through the wheelbarrow as it’s almost rusted through.

That color contrast is amazing. Great re-purpose of that old rusted out wheel barrow.
