Made it to the range

Made it to the pistol range with wife yesterday,
We used to do a lot of comp shooting, club comps most weeks and regional or state comp monthly but work, family and covid restrictions for the past few years means we have done very little shooting for 5 or so years.
Mainly ISSF competition so Olympic disciplines, shot a 30 shot precision stage yesterday. Wife was using her Hammerli 208 while I gave my 686 a run. I got my ass kicked, we were both a bit rusty but improved with each series.
I was happy enough with my last 10 shot series. only put 2 outside the 9 ring a big snatch that ended up well into the white and a 7 that was just a poor hold. Wife's last series had nothing outside the 9 ring, but not quite centered, 1 click would have centered it nicely and given her a 97/100.

Hopefully we can shoot a bit more regularly and maybe get back into a bit of competition over the next year.
