Range Report: last day for plinking

Post by Sir Henry » Sun Nov 14, 2021 11:49 am

Not much to report other than I took a few ceremonial shots at the gongs. Tomorrow I leave and not look back.

An interesting time for you. I know you lived there a long time.
Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.

Good luck on your adventure. We made the same new start in May of 2020. I drove out of that driveway in VA with mixed feelings. We had lived there twenty five years, raised the kids there, been thru the good and bad together and come through stronger on the other side. We loved the place but the time had come.

Didn't look back, looked forward to the adventure, it has been. :)

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

I don't look back at the things I can no longer do, I just look forward to the things I still can.

Been there, too. Always a bitter/sweet thing. Forward you go.

I have lots of respect for you Gene for taking on such an adventure. I would say “be safe” but that advice is not needed.
