Down at the range this morning to start laying the decking on the creek bridge. After quitting around Noon I took some shots with the Henry .44 Mag Carbine from 30 yds on the range. Hot day today but it was nice and shady along the creek working on the bridge.
44 Mag load was MB 240 gr. SWC coated cast bullets with 18.5 gr. of Alliant 2400. Nice load.

Looks like you have it dialed in at 30 yards. Love the cards!

That's a good load forty. Bridge starting to take shape.

I also like the big cards. Where can you order a set? Range is really starting to take shape. I bet it is fun to hike the trail and plink at different targets!

I found those cards on Amazon mostly for use on my Saloon target setup. Now I shot the card on my range area which is a short ways from the creek since I have berms around there to prevent bullets from going thru the woods. However I have taken a few shots using the creek bank for a stop.
Love that creek area though as it is very relaxing!

Here's what our range looked like today! Luckily I made the general go hang targets! We left them after shooting. No way to go down range twice to retrieve them.
