Shooting off hand standing at 50 yds. Yup, gotta learn to shoot that way instead of from 1 knee all the time. Can't go around on 1 knee at rendezvous'. Have to shoot with the big dogs.
A dozen or so .490 balls on a 12" target. I changed out the primitive rear fixed factory sight last week to a Skinner ladder sight like on my 1860 Henry. Ya not period correct but style won't mean squat if the bear kills me. I am much happier with this rear sight, and feel more confident with it.
The flyer at the top is me accidently toughing the trigger after I had set the rear trigger. So I will be adjusting that trigger so it's not beyond feather light. Too dangerous for me. I want at least a tiny pull on it. The top part of my trigger finger is gone thanks to a big mama cow years ago, so I have some nerves there but not near enough for that light trigger. Rifle shoots awesome, dry patched a couple of times during the shoot and gave her a good clean at home.
