Been awhile since I went to the range. Busy time of year. Took my Henry 1860 45 Colt. Shooting reloads. 250 gr lead, 7 gn of Universal. Open sights for all. Ladder sight up for 100 yds.
25, 50 and 100 yds
25 up first, off hand standing

12 rounds at 50 yds, off hand standing

And last is 100 yds from 1 knee. Not too happy with this one today. All over the place.

really good to see another of your range reports .... as to the 100 yard'er, shooting offhand, I'd be happy with half of those hits after firing twice the number of rounds ..

Thanks, 35F today with a cool north wind. Rainy and a few flurries here and there.

Haha, thanks....I will endeavor to post a better 100 yd with the elusive Highwall when it shows up....currently sitting at the border somewhere in a crate while some Canadian border agent looks for reasons to delay things.

RR I think you need to work on being consistent in your 25 yard targets!
Great shooting as usual!

I don’t know ... I can still see the”X” at the center of some of those 25yd targets. If I were you I’d check my powder scale and dies for those reloads.
Just kidding. That is some fantastic shooting.
