How do you determine where you cab shoot in the desert, is that private property, state land?

Al, that .41 mag was hitting the 130 yard target easily. That one and his 39A are his favorites.

Us guys that have BLM land to shoot on are spoiled. Especially when traveling to another state for a period of time. Texas has hardly any and finding a place to shoot like that isnt real easy
