My new shootin range
I just finished my new shootin range, I can shoot from 50 yrds out. It’s made of railroad ties, 3/8 inch AR 500 armor plates. It’s good for all pistol calibers, and rifles chambered for pistol cartridges.

Re: My new shootin range
Well it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. As I said the range is good for all pistols and rifles chambered for pistol calibers. I belong to a really nice club 10 mins from my house, we have ranges from 25 yrds out to 400 yrds, I still go there to shoot the high power rifles. But I’m really blessed to live in a rural area of Indiana, where I can just walk out my back door shoot my cawboy guns awhile, have a cup of coffee and shoot a little more. We moved out here from Illinois 8 yrs ago, so I can really appreciate the freedom to do this.

Well done, but what are all those funny looking trees in the background?
Seriously, though, you are so right about having a range in the backyard. Congrats.

Did you half on on the second row so the crack/joint is not the same through the stack?

Well those funny lookin trees in the background are a new species, I think they call it corn!!

And the crack is backed up, but the object isn’t to shoot the backstop, but rather the steel!!
this weekend I’m gonna get my daughter to Video me shootin the plates, but the sound is the best part, when hit, the steel sounds like church belles on Sunday morning
