Range Report: morning spinners

Post by Sir Henry » Wed Aug 24, 2022 8:18 am

First cup of coffee is down the hatch and I decided to step outside and shoot a tube of rimfire. 15 rounds of HV shorts and it’s time to jump in the shower.

Last time I mowed I mowed to strip out into the field so I could spot the spinner easier.

Again, I am floored with that beautiful view, not to mention your photography skill. Nicely done, Gene.

Think of all the vacation money you can save living in a place like that! I wouldn't need to go anywhere! Wait I don't go anywhere now!

It’s not just tube feeders today. This afternoon I gave this 10/22 folder a workout.

This is the best part of having a home range. I can make a plan to go shooting and literally be shooting in two minutes.

Yes. Matter of fact I haven’t shot a lot this summer because I’m spending a lot of time working on my winter range. Right before the snow comes I will set elevated targets out.
