Open Sight Friday

Post by ditto1958 » Thu Sep 29, 2016 9:49 pm

Attention Henry lovers! I hereby declare that tomorrow, September 30, 2016, shall be known as Open Sight Friday. That means that when you go to the range tomorrow, take your guns with iron sights and shoot them. I've got my H009 30-30 ready to go. I've also got my .357/9mm Blackhawk in the bag. No punching holes in pieces of paper and measuring groups for me. Tomorrow I will be FREE!

Sounds like a good Friday plan.
If I can get away, I have my iron sights polished and ready on my H001TLP .22LR (SGC).
Just put the ammo in my Spee-D-Loader; all is ready to go.
Now only hope to get me out the door!

I won't be going to the range, but I'll fire off a couple in the back yard in honor of the day............

Going to shoot some clays tomorrow does that count?

Great idea, ditto.

Unfortunately it rained here yesterday. I was going to do a rain out makeup today, but it is raining again.

Tempus fugit.

Open Sight Friday is nearly on us again!

Gonna bring my S&W 22A-1 target pistol with me tomorrow, along with my Ruger Blackhawk. I may even do some open sight shooting with a 30-30.
