My shooting buddy has three Golden Boys and I finally joined the Club. I shoot a lot of different guns. I started as a Muzleloader/Buckskinner and love my .54's. I have a self-made Tennessee Rifle made from Track of the Wolf parts back in '91, a couple T/C rifles refinished to look authentic to pre 1840 along with a .54 Kentucky pistol from Dixie Gunworks. In centerfire I shoot a Uberti 1885 High Wall in 45-70 out to 520 yds (so far). Cast my own bullets and use blackpowder loads under a 520 gr bullet. I have a Marlin 1895 that I shoot 405 cast lead out of. I've rung the gong out to 220 yds with that one. Both of them leave a guy feeling a little beat-up after 40 rds. I was planning to get a lever Marlin in 30-30 when I came across a youtube vid on the Steel BB in .357 and I changed gears and went with that a couple weeks ago. My first grown-up gun was a .357 S&W and I've owned every Mod 686 since then. I now have a couple Ruger GP 100's (3" and 4"). With one of them on my hip and the Steel Henry over my shoulder I feel well-armed and ready for anything. I'm a Certified Instructor in Pistol, CCW and Metallic Cartridge Reloading. I also fancy myself an amateur pistolsmith and shoot CZ pistols in .40 S&W. I'm looking forward to getting to know my Henry and learning from this Forum.

From my perspective, glad you "changed gears" and now have the steel .357 Henry Big Boy....great rifle. The .357 models I've had are the H006M and H012M, both are accurate shooters with ultra-smooth lever actions. I bet you'll enjoy yours.
Also have the baby brother to your Ruger GP100; my revolver is an SP101 .357 magnum with a 4.2" barrel. Solid stainless steel workhorse, and great to shoot.
