Thanks for the add. Just picked up my first Henry, a single shot 45-70. Was lucky enough to draw a bison tag for this fall, and needed a bigger rifle than anything I had. Perfect excuse.

Welcome ! A single shot for bison? That’s awesome. I’d be practicing my reloading techniques a lot as I wouldn’t want to miss a chance due to a slow follow up shot. Definitely post up some photos and details of the new rifle and hunt!
