I keep trying to upload a picture for my avatar, but they all have been too large.
Can anyone help me change my avatar please?

Stand by and Ranchroper will be along or send him a PM I think he has a program to size it the right size.

Don't intend to change mine, however I will be watching for that info also. Can't remember how I did it...been too long.

try this :

1. save the picture you want to use on your computer ... resize it to 200 X 200 or less pixels .... save it on your computer in a location where you can find it

2. click on your forum name located in the upper right of your screen

3. a window will drop down ... click on User Control Panel

4. screen will change .... click on Profile

5. click on Edit Avatar

6. Avatar Type box should read Upload Avatar

7. Click on Browser and select the picture saved on you computer

8. click on Submit

Assuming you're using Windows 10, use the built in photo editor to resize to 200x200 pixels or smaller.
