Well, I've been wanting a Henry rifle for a couple of years now...just couldn't decide which one....22WMR, .357Mag, or .44Mag.
Shoulder injury prevents me from shooting larger caliber so it was easy to narrow my choices. Anyway, this "pandemic" has as ll my local shops low on stock with long lines to get in. I was surfing a month ago and found a Golden Boy in .22WMR at a great price so I bought it on the spot.
I belong to other online forums so I just did a search and here I am. Simple as that. I've already had a few questions answered and I'm barely here a month!

About 10 years ago I was admiring a Golden boy 22 at a store with a friend. He told me that he had one in his safe that he had never shot. I asked if he wanted to sell it and he said no but he would trade it for my MKII Ruger pistol that he had been trying to get from me for years (I don’t sell my guns). I reluctantly agreed with the condition that he had to sell the Ruger back to me when he was done with it.I got the rifle and love it. My friend was a man of his word and sold the Ruger back to me about 4 years ago. He has since passed. Needless to say, but neither of those guns with leave me.

New to the forum. Bird and game hunter in NC. Just purchased a Henry Brass SG 30-30. Took it out to try out and while it functioned well it was not accurate. Came to the forum to hear other’s stories. After watching Henry videos I’m looking forward to making appropriate sight adjustments at next session. Love the looks and action of the gun. My first lever action other than a Savage Model 99 in .300 Savage.

Henry invented the lever action rifle and I put it on my bucket list. Bought the Big Boy 45 colt. Looked at other manufacturers but hey ..why buy a tuna sandwich when you can get a ribeye!
Henry is nothing but quality, precision and built from heart.
Found this forum and wanted to be a part of it.
