New guy-first post.
I am really happy to join the forum and thought I'd introduce myself.
I have been shooting all of my life and started shooting small bore competition when I was about 9. I am now north of 65, so I have been enjoying firearms for a very long time.
When Winchester stopped producing lever actions in the US I bought my first lever actions chambered in 357 mag., 45 LC, and .22 WMR. I discovered how much fun lever actions were. But I didn't have a lever action in .22 LR.
Six months ago I bought a Henry H001 and was very impressed with the smooth action, the quality of manufacturing, and that it was produced in the US. I am now considering adding either a Silver Boy in .22 LR, or a Silver Eagle in .22 LR.
The forum looks like a great place for me to learn more about lever action rifles.
