I've been looking at Henry .22's for quite awhile but already have a bolt action Savage 22 so never saw the need for another 22. Last week a friend let me shoot his .357 BigBoy and after 10 shots I knew I wanted one. The very next day I was at a local hardware/gun store to get some furnace filters and decided to go look at guns, they had a .357 in stock and it only took me 5 minutes to decide to get it.
My other interests are bowling, photography and shooting my Beretta pistols.

Hi Dave .... welcome to the Forum from Runcorn, UK!
Once you actually
try a Henry .22 - either in lever or pump action - you'll realize that you really
do need another .22 .... or two, or three, or .................. !! They take fun and enjoyment to a whole new level.

That's an amazing lack of self restraint you have there.

Congrats on the new Henry and welcome from Alberta!

Ya wouldnt it be cool if the snap on man sold guns off his tool truck. Welcome from Colorado. Careful next time you go the the hardware store you might find yourself trying to resist another Henry. There like lays potato chips no way to own just one. 357 is a great choice to. What part of the Evergreen State are you in? Al

Yes, Stan's has been here since I was a kid. Except for groceries and electronics they have just everything you could ever need, guns, hardware, clothes, huge selection of shoes and boots, even beer.
I remember back before UPC scanners you could dig around to find the best price as they never changed the price tags on old items.
