Bought an H001 a couple of days ago. First lever since a 1940's Winchester 30/30. I love shooting 22's and have been waiting to get a Henry. Already have a Marlin 60 and Savage Mark II. So now I have all of the rifle actions covered. Also have a Heritage Rough Rider and Sig Mosquito. 22's just much more economical to shoot. And I can teach the grandkids.

Off to the range tomorrow with the Henry. What's your experience in accuracy out of the box?

Welcome to the forum from CT, Yankeefan! I'm glad you joined us. You're going to love that rifle! It may need a bit of adjusting for distance, but it's a sweet shooting firearm. Congratulations.

Yankeefan, you got every form of action covered except single shot, but Henry makes those

Forgot the single shot. My bad! But I won't get one of those. I have enough guns so that the kids and grandkids can fight over them. Got 3 more that I didn't mention. But not 22's.
