Greetings - from a blue state.

Hello everyone, Ziggidy here and glad to be.
Just bought my very first Henry Big Boy 357 - don't even have it yet (tonight I get it after our 24 hour wait). Been wanting this for over a year and finally found it locally at a price that shouted "buy me, buy me" - so I did.
I'll need to scout around this place and read up on how to care for such a beauty, but just thought I'd introduce myself. I am not a gunsmith, gun wizard, nor am I a hunter or survivalist.....I just like good looking things that go bang and have some fun at the range. I like quality, comfort, looks - just like my wife! (in case she reads this).
Welcome to all and am looking forward to a knowledge bas that appears to be all Henry and a bit more.

Gonna take pics tonight and post them in the contest area - maybe a nice shiny belt buckle to match my new Henry? Look for it!

You sound like a man after my own heart. I'm no expert either, but I love good engineering, and if it goes
bang as well then that's definitely a bonus!

Welcome from the Badger State! I'm also a newbie and my next Henry will be the 357. I had a Rossi-Puma in 357 a few years ago and sold it. I hunt with a Ruger 77/357 and now that I've seen the quality of the Henry, I have to have one.
