Hello from East TN
Another new member here (looks like a great community) and first time Henry owner. I just picked up a Big Boy Steel rifle in 45 Colt, and am looking forward to heading to the range in the morning to to get acquainted!
Cheers!
Cheers!

Welcome from the other side of the state.
Central W TN to be exact.
The 45 colt is a very fun caliber, are you a hand loader or do you just shoot factory stuff?

Thank you for the welcomes!
I don't hand load yet, but am actively researching what is involved, and suspect I will in the very near future. Looks like 45 Colt is a fairly easy cartridge to start with too!

Yes, it is, a good reloading manual is a good place to start. As you're going to need one for data anyway, and most have a section with an introduction and basic knowledge with the steps.kylverstone wrote: ↑Sun Jun 18, 2023 1:12 pmThank you for the welcomes!
