Hello from SE Minnesota
I recently purchased a Henry Steel in .38/.357. It gives me a rifle in each of the pistol calibers I now possess. So it will probably be my last purchase of a firearm unless something breaks. I became a member of the firearms community about 8 years ago. My Dad was a sport fisherman so that is what we did together while I was living at home in Louisiana. When my wife and I moved to MN in 1990 that is what I continued to do. The youngest son started to hunt in the late 90"s and I joined him around 2008. I archery hunt as well and will be trying out a crossbow for the first time in about a month. Two years ago MN approved crossbows for archery for anyone over 60 without a medical exemption. I read a lot more on forums than I comment. I promise I will try to search the forum before I ask a question. However,I am not afraid to ask what may appear to some to be stupid questions. Those stupid questions have same me money and time and I think we all like to do that. I look forward to being a member of the forum.

Welcome from Grassy Creek North Carolina.
There are no stupid questions and this will not be your last Henry. They are habit forming.

Welcome from the Shenandoah Valley, VA. You've joined a great forum with some good info and classy people. Good luck on that steel 357 Big Boy being your last Henry. I think I said something like that about two Henrys ago.....

Welcome from the ridiculous state of California! No need to worry about asking questions here. This is the single friendliest forum I've had the pleasure of joining. No one has ever blasted anyone for not searching prior to asking. My guess is if anyone tried to do that they would be banned from the site! Well modded with friendly guys (and gals)...
