Newbie from Oregon
Hello from Beaverton Oregon.
My son's bought me a Golden Boy .17HMR for fathers day 4 years ago, what a great little rifle. I have a Browning .22 lever action I bought in about 1980 that I love, but the Henry is a real master piece. I also have a Savage .17HMR I've hunted squirrels with, it's scoped. I do a little deer and elk hunting, I love to go off-roading in my Land Rover, and the wife and I go camping, hiking and fishing as often as we can. I usually go shooting out in the forest, we have many safe spots about an hour away.
I'm just now looking into Skinner Peep Sights and posted on the forum for some advice.

Welcome from the Show-Me-State.
We really liked living in the Willamette Valley our three years in McMinnville.
You sure have some beautiful countryside throughout northwest OR. As you guys do, my wife and I did quite a bit of camping and hiking during our time out there.
As far as the Skinner peep sights. I'm one of the Henry members that really likes them, and have put them on three Henry rifles already. Easy to work with and a pleasure to shoot with. BTW, there are a number of threads on our Forum that have chats about these sights --- check them out when you have some time.

Welcome from Indiana, outfield.
A Skinner peep sight would be a nice addition to your Henry. I have them on my Rossi 92 .357 and my Henry Frontier .22
