In Illinois we have to wait 24 hours to take possession of a long gun and 72 hours to take possession of a handgun. Ten days seems quite severe to take possession of a long gun - sounds like "INFRINGEMENT" to me.

Welcome to forum . I lived in San Diego county from 1960 to 1993 . I retired in 1993 and moved to Az because of Ca BS and making 1/2 my guns I owned at that time illegal . The 10 day or any cool down waiting period is a joke . Many gun owners own more then 1 gun so the waiting period or cool down don't work . They have big choice of gun already in there house so why is there a waiting period those gun owners . I own 3 Glocks pistols and my target model 35 GEN 4 is the one illegal in Ca . The 27 and 23C GEN3 are both legal
