Hello Folks!
Now have my first Henry and I'm impressed.
I scanned the postings and decided to order a Skinner receiver mounted peep for it (en route) which now has raised a question in my mind....has anyone that has installed this had to replace the front sight?

Welcome to the forum from CT. Depending on the rifle, some have needed to get a taller front sight. I have a BBB .357 with a Skinner receiver mounted peep, but I only shoot at 25 yards indoors, so I'm not one -- yet. You'll be hearing from others who have.

Hi .... welcome to the Forum from Runcorn, UK! :D

I have a Skinner receiver mounted sight, and had to fit a higher front sight.

Thank you. Everything else I've read indicates the possible need for a higher front sight.
Once I check it out at the range I guess I'll know for sure.
