The wind can really rob a stove of its heat. In mountaineering it’s a big problem. I’ve spent two hours in what should have taken ten minutes.

I wish I had known about the ‘trailgater’. The small combo would be great to have out my family room door which is very close to the kitchen. The outside kitchen is more for groups and warmer weather.

I’m back cooking on the atrium in good weather. My setup isn’t fancy but is very functional. I was able to get an hour of no rain and was able to prepare, cook and cleanup before the rain started.

This griddle insert is perfect for the Weber. I had the Blackstone griddle out there but that is all I could do. Now I can griddle or barbecue.

It stopped raining and I fired up the barbie. Steak, a baked potato and salad for lunch during Seahawk/49ers halftime.

That’s a good looking steak Sir Henry, but you really enjoyed it in the fourth quarter. :D :D

It took me a few seconds to figure out what you were saying. I ate it at half time but indeed enjoy it in the fourth quarter.

You got it. Only a Hawk fan would understand. I don’t know how many of these fourth quarter comebacks my heart can take. But, as long as they keep coming up positive I’ll deal with it. :D
