The griddle is level and the grease is heading for the drain. Getting it and the refrigerator level took some time.

With the bacon nearly cooked I park it in a cooler corner and starts the pancakes and eggs.

The only thing I don’t like is the adjustment is only a quarter turn. On the Weber grill it is 3/4 of a turn.

It has four separate burners which I didn’t think about at the time. Call me a rookie.

I’m going to fire up the barbie for chicken and corn. Everything is prepared and all I have to do is throw it on.

one of the family businesses that I worked in from Jr HS through 4 year of college, there is no doubt you will learn to adjust your burners so as to offer you a wide range of cooking choices .... if you've ever been to a Kanki, Kobe, Sakura or other such Japanase Steakhouse, you've witnessed some of the finest cooks using large Blackstone style cooking surfaces in action .... I've learned much from watching them and do admit I enjoyed every moment of the watching and eating ... 8-)

Even though it’s a chilly 50 degrees and raining I’m able to cook and eat outside. Today I used the small 22” griddle. It only has one zone compared to the four zones on the 36”er.

I've seen some mighty fine meals come off of small Blackstones used in campgrounds .... looks like the seasoning of yours is coming along nicely

It’s okay. Not as good as the 36. Nothing sticks to the big one. I moved the small one from the atrium to the back covered area. To much smoke was coming into the house.
