I enjoy watching the cooks at Waffle House cooking breakfast on their griddles .... they have it down to a science

Last night I used the Weber as an oven to bake a casserole the neighbor made for me.

I was able to control the heat and baked it for 25 minutes at 375.

This isn’t a very good picture but it was baked to perfection. I was even able to heat the beans in the Fiesta ware bowl.

We use are wood pellet grill all the time for meals like that. We have used it more than the oven in the house. It does a great job. Looks good Gene
