It all looks like classic cowboy breakfast to me.

It got down to 28 degrees last night. I waited till it hit 33 and went outside to cook breakfast. I think I may have to move inside the house soon. The trailer gets sunshine but the outdoor kitchen is always in the shade this time of year.

I cooked this angus streak on the grill, threw it on a plate, took a picture and then ran inside to eat it.

I left the coffee maker outside last night but covered it. I’m afraid it will break if it freezes much harder.

the fellow who camped next to us over the weekend did his grilling on the Blackstone shown below .... to say that its been well used would be putting it mildly .... the cooking surface on his has been well seasoned and taken care of .... the rest, not so much .... I enjoyed watching him cook the green peppers, onion, chicken, along with the tortilla for Chicken Quesadillas .... I sure didn't turn down the one he brought over to us .. ;)

Now that I’m cooking inside the house again I’m using the rangetop griddle. I saying cooking but in reality it was just heating already cooked food. I’ve never been much of a cook but am coming to realize if I want to eat good I need to learn how.

What I don’t like about cooking inside is the greasy smell and cleanup. If I continue to cook inside the area will soon be covered in grease. The range hood does not give enough volume and is very noisy.

The range does have a build-in griddle and cooked this pork chop and turkey breast fillet to perfection.

I want to remodel the kitchen and install a Wolf range. I have a built in oven that also needs to be replaced. This was going to be my January project but appliances are in short supply and selection is low or even nonexistent.

I cook outside even in the winter. I fire up the wood pellet grill and use cast iron skillets and griddles on the grates. Use a griddle to cook bacon outside all the time. Pork chops chicken steak whatever we are cooking. We hardly use the oven to cook in or the stove top. Wife has been making fresh sourdough bread my favorite. It gets baked in the oven but thats about it. I love the wood pellet grill.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

My problem is the outside covered kitchen is a ways from the inside kitchen. I had the small grill and griddle on the atrium for a short time. Took it to the back the first time it rained. I’m thinking I need to bring it back to the atrium and cover it somehow.
