DADGUM GOOD Smoker Recipes

while researching a new smoker I've run across several websites that give recipes .... of all the ones I've seen, I have found the DADGUM GOOD Recipes site to be the most interesting ===> http://masterbuilt.com/recipe/category/smoked <=== I'd heard of it mentioned on TV but never checked it out .... we have modified our Holland Companion camping grill to where it serves as a very good small smoker .... we are talking about trying several of these recipes while we are in Texas .... if anyone here has experience with any of them, comments would be
