for baking cakes and such in our Dutch Oven we've used Coleman Dutch Oven Liners for several years ===> https://c.factoryoutletstore.com/detail ... iners.html <=== they really work well but for whatever reason, they seem to be getting hard to find and have gotten pretty expensive ..... in recent times we have gone to Lodge Manufacturing Parchment Paper Dutch Oven Liners ===> https://www.amazon.com/Lodge-Manufactur ... ven+Liners <=== they work fine and are cheaper .... a month ago I happened upon Disposable Foil Dutch Oven Liner ===> https://www.amazon.com/Disposable-Clean ... ners&psc=1 <=== we use them for Mountain Man Breakfast, stews and such .... we have been really well pleased with them

We do a lot of dutch oven cooking on our 1880's chuckwagon. We normally cook at Wagons for Warriors, Cowboys for Heroes events and a few private ranches. A few years ago we invested in various size round aluminum cake pans for all our 12, 14 and 16 inch dutch ovens. We primarily use them for biscuits and cobblers. Mixing and clear up is a snap. They are well worth the investment.
