We hosted Easter this year. I had planned on cooking a few hams, but Mary's sister was bringing one, so I made a roast. It was a Boneless Rib Eye Roast. I coated the outside with garlic, Italian spices, butter and salt. It cooked for three hours and came out wonderful.

Here it is just out of the oven.

Home made au jus (beef broth, red wine and Worcestershire sauce) , as well as horse radish were on the side.

What did you make for Sunday Dinner?

Looks good. I had peanut butter out of the jar with a spoon.

We kept it simple this year with grilled pork country ribs, baked potatoes and some corn. We wanted corn on the cob but got lazy and didn’t go to the store and get some. Mrs. Hatchdog made brownies for dessert. Your roast looks fantastic.

Man, you seem like a chef. We had Chinese. Not bad. I had a couple of beers. So, all was good 😊!
