Living in a small community is great. Today a neighbor picked me up and took me to the library for senior meals. Then we played cards and each of us made lasagna from the same ingredients.

In the winter there is not a lot to do so for many people this is about the only chance they get out of the house.

We each took our uncooked dishes home. Mine just came out of the oven. It sure smells good!

Thanks for posting this. It is very gratifying to see folks getting together to share food and their own company. One ? is that dish going to be one of the prizes for the member's drawing?
