while I've never made a crepe, nor do I have any desire to do so, I've been interested in buying a nonstick Crepe Pan for a good while .... largely due to being an almost flat cooking surface, they certainly have their limitations .... for the two of us one could serve as a mini nonstick griddle when we don't have a need to dig out our large one .... I really appreciate the lack of sides which makes it much simpler to use a spatula (which is my favorite cooking hand tool .... we ordered an 11 Inch ESLITE LIFE Nonstick Crepe Pan with Spreader, Granite Coating from Amazon ===> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08GLNC7FM?ps ... ct_details .... they show it has a 4.5 stars based on 3,934 ratings an its listed as a #1 Best Seller on Amazon which has sold 1K+ in the last month .... the granite coating is a first for me and is really different ... its pretty smooth but nowhere near as smooth as ceramic coated pans .... I have used it to fry an egg and it is most certainly nonstick

experimented a bit making sandwiches using our Crepe Pan .... in answer to the inevitable questions asking if having this pan is critical in making these sandwiches >> Nope .... does having this pan make it easier for me to make these sandwiches >> Yep .... for these sandwiches we used thin sliced bacon, regular white bread, slice of cheddar, slice of Colby-Jack cheese, slices of pepperoni .... going with whole slices of bread and seasoning with our SPG proved to be the best for us

I made crepes in French class in high school. I tried them in my late 20's at home and the results were ok. I made sweet crepes.
If I had a pan like yours, I probably would have done much better.

Thanks for the tip. Didn't even know such a thing existed.
Might be a good fit for me. 👍
