Heston-NanoBond Pots and Pans

Post by Sir Henry » Wed Dec 14, 2022 9:47 am

I’m thinking of buying this set. I have an induction cooktop and these work great on it. It took me awhile to learn how to use the range after having cooked on a gas range for the last 40 years.

No experience with those, but they look great. Go ahead and cook something up and I'll give you my opinion. :)

Wow! That's some pricey equipment there. I'm sure they cook well but I'll stick with my cast iron. I've used cast iron for so long I don't think I can cook with anything else.

Cast iron is great for not sticking like in a frying pan. Cast iron pots on the other hand are very heavy.

Learning to cook on induction takes awhile. I didn’t like it at first but now love it.
