I have both the shorter flipper and the longer length that I bought years ago from A. G. Russell Knife catalog. In fact, I used it this past Christmas dinner to pull off some New York Strip sirloins. They have been used very often and still look like new. I would recommend them highly. They keep you from squeezing out the juices.
