No Butts About It

Cooking for a church gathering tomorrow. Want to get these babies ready today and I just might have to sample some to make sure there okay.
Seasoned them with a mix of brown sugar, salt, pepper, granulated garlic and paprika. Then toss them in the Pit-Boss and let it do itβs thing.

Just pulled the pork butts off the Pit-Boss after 9 hrs. Cooked uncovered till they reached internal temp. of 160 F. Double wrapped them in foil and finished to 205 F internal. Now resting for another hour and then I'll be tearing them apart.
