Cangshan TC Series Knives

Post by Sir Henry » Sun Apr 25, 2021 1:14 pm

After camping I bought three kitchen knives because my old camping knives were not up to the challenge of cutting bread or a tomato. So I bought one specific to a particular task.

I’ll be camping once a month and then this fall will be going on a 2 week trip that might expand to 6 weeks. These summer outings are more of a test of equipment and of my abilities to cook on the road. I say cook but really I want to set the galley up for salads and sandwiches. I also want to be able to make a decent cup of coffee on the road.

I really didn’t know anything about Cangshan but their advertising sure made them sound good.

I like the knives the more I use them. They are sharp but most knives are. The question is will they still be sharp in a year. I think the answer will be yes. They are very well made a just plain feel expensive.

They have a set that I will be buying soon. These were just for the camper.
