Re: Blackstone 22-Inch Electric Griddle
just came across something new to me for use with our Blackstone e griddle .... it is a Pit Boss Grub Shovel --- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7QWJ58S?re ... asin_title ---.... it is safe to use with our griddle's acrylic cooking surface .... I've been using the smaller one shown below .... they are really handy for moving food around the griddle in during the cooking and serving processes

Re: Blackstone 22-Inch Electric Griddle
it was way too hot today for me to griddle outside .... Blackstone says our e-griddle is built to use inside so I decided to give it a try .... happy to report, it worked as advertised .... two racks of baby back ribs purchased at Sam's fit easily on the griddle cooking surface with the top down ... very happy with the way they turned out
