1.5 lbs of bacon griddled in the NC State Fairgrounds at the Got To Be NC Festival .... not a slice left over .... ;)

just came across something new to me for use with our Blackstone e griddle .... it is a Pit Boss Grub Shovel --- https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D7QWJ58S?re ... asin_title ---.... it is safe to use with our griddle's acrylic cooking surface .... I've been using the smaller one shown below .... they are really handy for moving food around the griddle in during the cooking and serving processes
